The last pictures before our farewell party.

.A few more pictures before we stay goodbye to Indonesia
I was amazed at the bow of this fishing boat.

This a picture taken of the Monument from the yacht as we were crossing the equator.

Monument.

The next few pictures are of a sea gypsy village that we were able to visit. After the visit we gave them school supplies and books.

This little boy  uses a spear to fish with.

Sea Gypsies waving bye to us as we were leaving.

This boat takes school kids from one village to another.

We were taken to visit a Buddhist Temple. The laughing Buddha.

We were also taken on a tour to the mangroves where we saw monkeys, kingfisher birds, snakes all curled up in the trees, lizards that swim in the water. Very interesting.
The dark  clump in the tree is a snake.

This flower comes from the okra plant.

These guys are all from the tourist bureau that organized the activities and tours for us in Tanjung Penang. They came ti visit us on the yacht as they had never been on one.

The welcome dancers

From the Buddhist Temple.
